Vincent Amato

Vincent Amato has been involved in the Financial Services Industry since 1982. In 1998, he became a co-founder of everbank.com, a national direct-to-consumer bank which was acquired by EverBank Financial in 2004. From 1998 to 2019 he served in various executive capacities including EVP, Banking Operations and Director of Banking Strategies and Solutions. He also led the conversion/merger of a number of EverBank acquisitions over that time, most notably the Bank of Florida FDIC acquisition. Post the sale of EverBank Financial Corp to TIAA in 2017, he headed the conversion effort to consolidate the two banking platforms. From 1986 to 1995 Vincent was involved in the founding of the Blanchard Group of Funds, a direct-to-consumer mutual fund company. The fund group was sold to Signet Bank in 1995 where he worked until 1997 as SVP of Operations and led the development of a national direct-to-consumer deposit gathering effort for Signet Bank called SIM+, as well as the creation of Signet’s 200 seat call center Telebank. From 1982 to 1986 Vincent worked for Chemical Bank as SVP of Technology where he headed the development of the first home banking platform called Pronto in 1983 as well as the first PC based cash management platform, MicroLink in 1985. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Barry Biegler

Barry Biegler is the Founder and CEO of Resort Data Processing, a multinational property management software company that has been in business for 40 years and serves over 500 customers in 11 countries. A resident of Eagle County Colorado for 35 years, Barry served as President of the Berry Creek Edwards Metro Board for five years and coached youth hockey for more than 30 years. Barry graduated from St. Olaf College with a BA in Mathematics and holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan Business School.

Jason Coots

Jason Coots has been in the financial services marketing industry for nearly 20 years. He began his career at American Century Investments where he developed his direct marketing acumen attracting new clients to one of the oldest mutual fund firms in the country. He then made the trek across the country to the sunny state of Florida where he led the growth of one of the first online direct banks, EverBank. He spent 8 years at the bank where he ended up running the marketing team for all deposit and mortgage related growth and client satisfaction. Seizing an opportunity to grow, Jason moved to TIAA-CREF where he led the development of the direct bank marketing efforts at TIAA Direct. He transitioned over to the financial advisory marketing space leading the marketing team dedicated to growing the clients and their AUM for over 1600 financial advisors nationwide. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Avila University located in Kansas City, MO.

Gil Danieli

Gil Danieli began his career in information security for financial and professional services organizations in 1999. Over the past 20+ years, Gil has held a number of leadership positions at well-known financial institutions like EverBank, and large national law firms, including Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Most recently Gil served as Chief Information Security Officer of a New York City-based fintech. Gil holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from the State University of New York, Empire State College. He also holds Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Certified Information Security Manager and Certified Information Systems Security Professional certificates.

Jeremy Jameson

Jeremy Jameson is a 20+ year banking and credit veteran. Jeremy most recently served as SVP, Director of the Credit Policy & Administration at Enterprise Bank & Trust (NASDAQ: EFSC). In this role, Jeremy oversaw a staff of 200+ on the Credit, SBA, and Loan Review teams and led four acquisitions, aiding the growth of the bank’s valuation from $3MM to over $13B. Prior to Enterprise Bank & Trust, he served as a credit professional for a variety of national banks. Most notably, Jeremy helped launch one of only two denovo banks approved during the financial crisis, Community & Southern Bank. There he served as  Credit Officer for the small business, specialty, and consumer areas, transitioning and training seven failed bank credit and lending departments into the bank. Jeremy has also consulted for the FDIC, helping to liquidate failed banks. Jeremy is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and holds a BS in Finance from Iowa State University.

Melissa Larkin

Melissa Larkin began her banking career in 2004 as Regional Controller for WestStar Bank, a subsidiary of Vail Banks, Inc. where she aided the transition of all accounting records in 2006 when Vail Banks was purchased by U.S. Bank. She then joined the Denver-based de novo Solera National Bancorp, Inc. in 2007, as Controller. In July 2014, Ms. Larkin was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Solera National Bancorp, Inc. and Solera National Bank (Solera). She was added to the Board of Directors and also assumed the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for Solera in 2017. During her tenure as CFO and COO, she was instrumental in growing the bank’s balance sheet through the development of a niche product line which bolstered the bank to a top ranking among peers in both profitability and efficiency. From 2002 to 2004 Melissa was a Senior Auditor with KPMG. Prior to that she was a postgraduate technical assistant for the Financial Accounting Standards Board. She has a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Denver and obtained her Certified Public Accountant’s license in October 2002.

Martin May

Martin May “Marty” has been in the banking industry since 1990 working primarily in the commercial banking arena. Marty has deep experience in commercial lending, business banking, and managing teams of bankers. Most recently, Marty was the President and CEO of Solera National Bank and Solera National Bancorp, Inc. where he was able to take a struggling bank and turn it into one of the highest performing banks in the country. Mr. May holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco and earned certificates from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and Western Banking School in San Diego.

Sean McManus

Sean P. McManus has been involved in banking since 1976. In 1980, he joined Mark Twain Banks as a junior lender after working three years as a bank examiner with the Division of Finance, State of Missouri. The next 19 years were spent with Mark Twain Banks primarily in the lending area serving in a variety of capacities, Vice President- South District, Regional Senior Lender-South District, Regional Senior Lender- St. Charles District, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Missouri and Illinois and member of the Executive Management Team. Following the acquisition of Mark Twain/Mercantile Bank in 1999, Sean remained active in lending serving in a number of roles including St. Louis District President for Old National Bank, Regional President St.Charles, Frontenac Bank, and Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Premier Bancshares. Sean founded The Celtic Group ( a bank consultancy firm) in 2008) which continues to serve the banking community. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, from Western Illinois University and is a Certified Financial Examiner.

Mike Meyer

Mike Meyer has been in the banking and financial services industry since 1999. Between 1999 and 2003, he primarily originated, processed, and serviced mortgage and consumer loans for various institutions before joining the EverBank World Markets team in 2004. During his time at EverBank, he was instrumental in the operation of the Trade Desk which facilitated World Currency deposit products and precious metals for the Bank. While there, he also worked on a variety of projects which included writing opinion and commentary pieces as well as white paper research related to the foreign currency and metals market. He also worked on the World Markets core system replacement project and other digital enhancement strategies for the Bank. Between 2018 to 2022, he worked for Commerce Bank and focused on product development / management within the core retail channel. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Sepideh Rowland

Sepideh Rowland has been in the banking and financial services sector for 25 years, beginning her career in a community bank as a Chief Compliance Officer and Commercial Loan Workout executive. She is currently a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and has previously held leadership positions in compliance at several of the financial community’s most respected institutions, including Fortune 500, community banks, and money services businesses. She is a speaker and trainer on regulatory and financial crimes compliance and serves on a number of industry association boards including: U.S. Capital Chapter Advisory Board for the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Advisory Board for the American Bankers Association (ABA)/American Bar Association Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference, Advisory Board for the ABA’s Certified AML and Fraud Professional certification program, and Editorial Advisory Board for ABA Bank Compliance.

 

Sepideh received a J.D. from Michigan State University School of Law and a B.A. in political science and sociology from The George Washington University. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and in Michigan. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Sepideh earned the Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer designation from the Independent Community Bankers of America and a Certified AML and Fraud Professional designation from the American Bankers Association.

Rick Rule

Rick is both President and CEO of Rule Investment Media and a Board Member of Battle Financial Inc. He began his career 47 years ago in 1974 in the securities business and has been involved in it ever since. He is known for his expertise in many resource sectors, including agriculture, alternative energy, forestry, oil and gas, mining and water. Mr. Rule is actively engaged in private placement markets, through originating and participating in hundreds of debt and equity transactions.

Frank Trotter

Frank Trotter has been involved in the banking business since 1981. In 1998, he became a co-founder of everBank.com, a national direct-to-consumer bank which was acquired by EverBank Financial in 2004. From 1998 through the sale of EverBank Financial Corp to TIAA in 2017, he served in various executive capacities including Chairman of everBank.com, President of EverBank Direct, and Chairman of EverBank Wealth Management. From 1981 through 1997, Frank served Mark Twain Banks in various capacities including Vice President of Commercial Lending, and President of Mark Twain International Markets. In 1986, Frank created the WorldCurrency® deposit product for Mark Twain Banks and operated this business through 1997. In 2000, everBank.com acquired this business from the successor of Mark Twain Banks and operated the product line at EverBank. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts from St Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and an MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
